What are your processing times?
We process orders Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (excluding Western Australia public holidays). Standard product orders placed before noon AWST on these days are generally shipped the next business day. Orders placed after noon, Monday – Thursday may be posted two business days later. Orders placed after noon on Fridays, however, will generally be posted on Monday. Business days are defined as Monday – Friday. We are unable to ship orders on pubic holidays and weekends.
Please note that during busy periods e.g. sale time, we may take slightly longer to process your order. A bit of extra time is also needed to make certain products. Our product descriptions indicate if this is the case. Of course custom/bespoke work will need timing to be considered for each individual project and can be discussed with us as required.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our studio in Perth, Western Australia.
Countries that do not use our accepted payment types are excluded from this.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary per city, state and country. Please be aware that during holiday periods, shipping times may be delayed. In addition domestic and world-wide events or circumstances can have a fluctuating influence on shipping timeframes. These are out of our control and we suggest you visit the Australia Post website for further information or use our Contact Us form and we’ll do our best to answer any questions you may have.

International Shipping Options & Timeframes
The below timeframes are taken from the Australia Post website and should be used as a guide only. Some countries within the UK and Europe may be excluded from these timeframes. International Standard is insured and comes with tracking. International Express is insured and comes with tracking and signature on delivery (where allowed). Some countries are no longer performing signature on delivery due to government restrictions. Items delivered to some destinations may be subject to additional COVID-19 related delays. How can I track my order?
You will receive an order note with shipping information once your order has been completed. If you haven’t received this email, please contact us here.
Domestic orders via Regular Parcel Post or Express Post will also receive email notifications on your parcel’s journey directly from Australia Post. Orders using International Standard and International Express will receive a tracking number.
Domestic and some International orders do not include signature on delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by weight or volume. This means charges will vary by what is purchased and also by where you are located. You can calculate shipping charges at the checkout. We pass on charges from Australia Post for shipping. In the unlikely event you are overcharged for shipping, we will refund that amount.
Am I covered for loss or damage?
All domestic and international parcels are covered for loss or damage. Breakages and loss will need to be claimed through Australia Post. Please contact us here first if you need assistance with your shipment. Orders do not include signature on delivery. We will do our best to include delivery notes on orders.
Am I able to pick up my order?
We are based in Perth, Western Australia. We are available to meet customers Monday through Friday within regular business hours. We are unable to meet on public holidays and weekends. Please contact us here if you would like to arrange pick up.
