By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to the entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).

The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Sandra Dillon Design and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Closing date for entry will be 10am AWST 24/10/18. After this time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
No responsibility can be accepted for delivery of the prize via Australia Post.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as follows:
The prize is one Sandra Dillon Design ‘The Bat Cupcake Stand’ (SKU: CS025) with a RRP of AU$25.00, one Sandra Dillon Design ‘Flying Bats Cake Side Stencil’ (SKU: S071) with a RRP of AU$17.50, one Sandra Dillon Design ‘Bat Cake Topper’ in Black (SKU: CT055BLA) with a RRP of AU$15.00 and two Sandra Dillon Design ‘Bat Cupcake Topper Trios’ in Black with a RRP of AU$9.00 each plus postage within Australia to the value of $26.45. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
Winners will be chosen by Sandra and Madalynn from Sandra Dillon Design.
The winner will be notified via Facebook prior to noon AWST October 24, 2018. If the winner cannot be contacted we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
